Policies

PLEASE READ

We begin taking reservations on January 1st each year. It is best to make reservations early so you can get what you need.
We require a deposit of 40% to hold all reservations. Reservations will be held 2 weeks without a deposit and cancelled without notice.
To cancel a reservation, we must receive a written request at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date at which point you will get your deposit back less 20%. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date that are re-rented may receive some refund. If the reservation is not re-rented, you will lose all of your deposit.
Any change in unit type or dates is considered a cancellation.
Due to the small amount of walk-in trade, refunds for late arrival or early termination are not given. You will be charged for the time you reserved.

Cabins

Check-In 3:00 PM on date of arrival. Check-Out 10:00AM date of departure.

Soap and towels for the kitchen and bathroom are not furnished.

Extra People in Cabins & Motels: $10 Day / $50 Week each. Children under five years of age are excluded.

Pets in Cabins: $20 Day / $95 Week each.

Holiday Rates may apply.

For one (1) night rentals, add 30% to rates.

Houseboats

Check-In 2:00PM on date of arrival. Check-Out 9:00AM date of departure (must be off boat).

All houseboats not returned by check-out time will be charged a late fee.

All houseboats must be accompanied by a separate boat and motor. Bring one or rent one from us (life jackets are extra).

Life jackets are on all houseboats for emergency use only. Bring your own for swimming.

Soap and towels for the kitchen and bathroom are not furnished.

Houseboats and rental boats must be tied up before sundown. If you arrive for a houseboat after dark, you must stay at the dock until morning.

We do not offer refunds for breakdowns except in extreme cases. Breakdowns are out of our control but will be fixed as soon as possible.

Extra people on Houseboats: $20 Day / $100 Week each. Children under five years of age are excluded.

Pets on Houseboats: $25 Day / $125 Week each.

No extra fuel cans are to be carried onto our Houseboats. Spilled fuel destroys outdoor carpet and can result in major fines by the US Government (not to mention it's dangerous). Anyone caught with gas cans on our decks will have $250 added to their bill.
