We are excited to announce
the addition of a new houseboat dock at Cedar Hill.
Construction on the dock has begun and we hope to have it in
service in April 2008.
The new dock will be
positioned on the west side of our existing houseboat dock
with access to the dock being from a point at the end of our
lakeshore road. There will be lots of convenient
parking just a few feet from the entrance of the dock.
The dock will be
constructed of metal pipe pontoons with every section and
finger being welded together. We will use wood decking
for the surface. There will be a total of 20 houseboat
slips each having a finger on both sides. There will
also be 8 covered slips on the dock. We also plan to
provide access to reliable electric service, city water,
telephone service, and wireless internet.
